I wrote a review of a book, why can I not see it on the website?
There are a number of reasons why you might not see your review.

In addition, when you check-out you will see 2 delivery lines, one for our standard Egmont book range and one for our personalised book range.
The Egmont book range:

** As a special introductory offer, Egmont will ship any personalised orders free of charge. This will change on the 1st May 2013 when print on demand orders will cost £1.80 for first class royal mail.
Please note that standard shipping is a non-traceable shipment method. Should you choose express shipping, your account details will show the tracking number as soon as your package has left our warehouse. You can type this number into www.fedexuk.net/accounts/Track.aspx to find out where your package is.
Can I buy subscriptions for any of the Egmont magazines?
We are sorry to disappoint, but at the present time we do not offer a subscription service for any of our magazines.
I do not live in the UK, can I order from www.egmont.co.uk?
We can currently only ship orders to the UK. Should you not have a shipping address in the UK then we can unfortunately not help you for the moment, our apologies.
What happens if the billing and the shipping address are different?
In this case, the books will be shipped with an invoice that lists the books in the order but doesn’t show how much they cost (this is so you can send a package as a present). The billing address also gets an invoice but this time the cost of the books is shown along with the postage.
I would like to return a book I bought from www.egmont.co.uk, what do I do?
Purchased from a shop:
Please return the book to the store where you purchased it and they will help you further. Please note that Egmont cannot replace books purchased from bookshops (as opposed to books purchased from our website).
Purchased from www.egmont.co.uk:
We want to make it easy for you to return your order. We offer a 90-day no-quibble return guarantee.

Although we hope you don’t have any complaints, please phone or email us and the relevant member of staff will help sort out your enquiry.
The materials used to make your books are environmentally friendly, but how about the packaging you use when you post my order?
The packaging we use to ship our books in is all made from recycled material. The padding used to keep your books safe in the post is recycled paper – we never use plastic or bubble wrap. If you are happy with the books when you get them and are sure you don’t want to return them to us, make sure you recycle the packaging again.
The audio chapter samples are not working or are crashing my machine - what can I do?
The best thing to do is to download and install the latest quicktime player.
