Lamonical Chronicle Competition Terms & Conditions

All entries must be received via the www.egmont.co.uk/mrgum website. Incomplete entries or entries sent by any other means be will considered void.

Entrants must be resident in the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man but not employees (or members of their families) of Egmont UK Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

Parental permission for anyone under the age of 16 is required for entry into the draw.

1 entry per person is allowed.

Consumer data will be retained for the duration of this competition and will not be used for any other purpose.

The promoter is not liable for non/late receipts of entries due to website or server failure.

The closing date of this competition is the 31st July 2008.

The winner will be notified by Egmont within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email. The name and county of the winner will be announced on this website.

The prize is a Nintendo DS-Lite console (colour may vary from that advertised) with Brain Training Game, an 'I went to the windmill in my sleep' t-shirt, a copy of 'You're a Bad Man Mr Gum', 'Mr Gum and the Biscuit Billionaire', 'Mr Gum and the Goblins' and 'Mr Gum and the Power Crystals'. There will be one winner.

All correct entries will be entered into a draw. The draw will be made at random, electronically. The promoter’s decision is final.

No cash alternative will be offered.
