Egmont Publishing, the number one licensed character publisher in the UK, has acquired publishing rights for LEGO DC Super Heroes and The LEGO Batman Movie, in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of DC Entertainment.

John Packard, Publisher, Egmont Publishing, partnered with Eric Huang, Publishing Director at Ameet Publishing, the LEGO Group and Warner Bros. Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment. Egmont’s LEGO DC publishing program will sit alongside their other LEGO® titles including LEGO® NINJAGO™.

Characters in the LEGO DC Universe include Batman and his Rogues’ Gallery and other DC Super Heroes such as Superman™, Wonder Woman™, Aquaman, The Flash™ and Green Lantern.
Egmont’s first three LEGO DC books launch this October: two activity titles with LEGO minifigures (one Superman and one Batman) each priced at £6.99, and a sticker book with activities with an RRP of £5.99.

Four movie tie-ins will follow in spring 2017: The LEGO Batman Movie activity book featuring an exclusive minifigure; The LEGO Batman Movie Choose-Your-Hero activity book; The LEGO Batman Movie activity diary; The LEGO Batman Movie sticker book with activities and The LEGO Batman Movie annual in autumn, which will also come with a LEGO minifigure.
